Welcome and thank you for your interest in Shear Colour! We are a close-knit team of friendly, talented stylists that work together to ensure our clients leave feeling confident and beautiful.
We welcome those who patronize us with an honest, energetic approach. Our salon offers a relaxing atmosphere, where you can unwind in an “at home” environment.
We are a staff of talented stylists who specialize and excel in different aspects of our industry. We continually share our knowledge with each other to afford our clients with the ultimate experience. We can transform and customize each client’s look with current hair trends, while maintaining healthy and gorgeous hair.
Make an appointment today and experience foremost client service in our cozy and tranquil salon, where walk-ins are always welcome. Call for all your hair, lash, eyebrow and wax needs!
At Shear Colour, your appointments are very important to us. Most stylists earn their income by commission, so we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments are electronically confirmed 48 hours in advance via text and/or email.
At management’s discretion: cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a 50% fee of scheduled services, and no-shows may be charged 100% of scheduled services. All clients must leave credit card information on file.
We want you to leave looking and feeling your best. If you’re unsatisfied with any service, contact us at 908-526-7400 or [email protected] within 72 hours for a complimentary re-do. This policy does not cover a change in style or color from what was agreed with your stylist, and no refunds are given.

Meet the Team
Owner, hairstylist & makeup artist of Shear Colour. She worked behind the chair for five years before opening her dream salon with her talented stylists by her side. Kimberly specializes in matrix color and airbrush makeup, and loves the creative, unique effects of color services.
Twenty-five years in the beauty industry, trained with Matrix, Aveda, Logics and Goldwell, and taught by hair celebrities including Toni & Guy and Paul Mitchell. Her main passion is men’s cuts as well as pixie cuts, where her creativity shines through different hair techniques.
Started her hair career right out of high school, joining Shear Colour in 2019 as an assistant and graduating to full-time stylist by 2021. Kate specializes in long haircuts and balayage, with a passion for Keratin treatments for curly, frizz-prone hair.
Educated in Redken, Muk, Matrix and Goldwell, Koryn is a curly-certified stylist specializing in curly cuts and curly hair color. She is also certified in Weft hair extensions — schedule your free consultation today!
Twenty years in the hair industry and also a cosmetology teacher at Somerset Vocational School. Vivian loves creating blondes and transforming damaged hair with Keratin treatments, and is Shear Colour’s go-to for elegant updos.
A hairstylist since graduating cosmetology school in 1986, committed ever since to continuing education across classes, workshops and seminars. Joanne is a master of razor haircuts, unafraid to make your hair light, piecey and big.
A cosmetology school graduate (RVCC, 2021), Megan loves all her blonde clients but especially vivid colors and money pieces. Certified in Weft hair extensions and always keeping up with the newest trends and formal styles.
With us since August 2022, Molly does all things hair and also specializes in Classic, Hybrid and Volume Eyelash Extensions. With her bubbly personality and eye for the perfect style, she’ll make sure you leave feeling beautiful.
Licensed and working in a hair salon since 2003, Gina’s favorite aspects of the industry are color, updo and bridal services. She brings a calm, cool, collected personality that her loyal clients love.
Behind the chair since 2016, Bethany’s favorite services are dimensional color and blonding. She loves making every client feel beautiful and working alongside her favorite team.
A passion for cosmetology since Vo-Tech High School near Philadelphia. Gee earned her Cosmetology Instructor License and spent a decade traveling coast to coast with Graham Webb International performing stage work and in-salon training.
A Somerset Vo-Tech graduate and licensed cosmetologist since 2023, Yuliana loves the creativeness of the beauty industry. Currently taking guests Tuesdays & Saturdays. Follow her work on Instagram @hairby.yuluana.
